Synergy Jeep JK D30/44 Inner Axle Sleeve Kit.

Designed to increase the strength of the Front D30/44 Axle housing that is prone to bending when larger off road tire are installed and used off road.

Made from 2.0″ x .250 1026 DOM Tubing (1.50″ ID), Machined OD to fit snugly into the stock axle housing.

Inner Axle Sleeves add a 59% increase in strength over stock.

The stock axle housing must be drilled and plug welding for installation.

Axle sleeves are not compatible.
